Plain-English terms
Last updated August 14, 2026. If you use Drill Locker, these are the rules. Short version: we sell coaching cards and plans, you bring the judgment.
What you're buying. The season pass is $59 a year at founding pricing. It gets you the locker, the starter library, and the plan board. It renews every year at your locked price until you cancel. Cancel anytime through the support form or your Stripe receipt and we cancel same day. The Saturday guarantee: run 3 practices off these cards, and if Saturday isn't easier, email us and we refund the whole $59.
You're the coach. Cards and plans are written suggestions, generated with AI from the drill you pasted. They can be wrong. You are responsible for deciding what is safe and right for your players, your field, and your equipment. Youth sports involve real risk of injury. By using Drill Locker you accept that risk and agree we are not liable for injuries or losses that happen at your practices.
Videos. We never download, copy, or host anyone's video. Playback is always YouTube's official player on the original video, and Instagram links open on Instagram. Cards are our own original coaching notes. We are not affiliated with YouTube, Instagram, Little League, or any league.
If you made a video. If you are a creator and want your video's link or its card removed from Drill Locker, use the support form or email the address on it with the link. We remove it same day, no argument. This is also where to send any copyright notice.
Your stuff. Links you save and notes you write are yours. You give us permission to store and show them back to you, and to show a card publicly only if you share it. Don't paste links to content that is illegal or that you know infringes someone's rights.
Accounts. You must be 18 or older. Keep your password to yourself. We can close accounts that abuse the service, scrape it, resell it, or hammer the capture pipeline; if we close yours without cause, we refund your current year.
No warranties, small liability. Drill Locker is provided as is. We don't promise it will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some states don't allow some of these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Housekeeping. These terms are governed by New York law, and disputes go to state or federal courts in New York. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll post it here and email pass holders. Questions: the support form goes straight to the owner.
